What's the best way to convert from Publisher to PDF? A friend of mine helped convert a Publisher file to PDF a while back, but this solid tan graphic/bar that I had going across the top of each page looked less solid, more like in a plaid pattern, once the Publisher file was converted to PDF. He claims that he didn't do anything different than the normal PDF conversion. Does converting to PDF sometimes cause files to lose some of its quality?
